Main Food Area: Located close to the front gate

Friday: 12pm – 10pm

Saturday: 9am – 10pm

Sunday: 9am – 10pm

Food Tier 1 (15x30) Price: $1,400

Food Tier 2 (15x15) Price: $1,100

Beach Stage Vendor: Located in Beach Beverage Garden, 1,350-person capacity. Expected to be full for all the operating hours.

Friday: 1pm – 6pm

Saturday: 1pm – 6pm

Sunday: 1pm – 6pm

Food Tier 1 (15x30) Price: $700

Food Tier 2 (15x15) Price: $550

Concert Bowl Vendor: Located in the Main Stage concert bowl, 7,000-person capacity. Expected to be full for all the operating hours.

Friday: 5pm – 11pm

Saturday: 5pm – 11pm

Sunday: 5pm – 11pm

Food Tier 1 Price (15x30): $950

Food Tier 2 Price (15x15): $800

North Field Vendor: Located on the North Field, attractions include the Dirt Zone, Stage, Recreational Volleyball, and a small village.

Exhibitors

We are accepting applications for exhibitors starting, January 1^st, 2012. If you have any questions regarding being an exhibitor please email vendor@wetape.com

Exhibitor Village: Located on the Boardwalk

Friday: 12pm – 8pm

Saturday: 9am – 8pm

Sunday: 9am – 8pm

Exhibitor Tier 1 (20x20): $1,850

Exhibitor Tier 2 (10x20): $950

Exhibitor Tier 3 (10x10): $500

Note: Anything larger than a Tier 1 will be charged $8 per square foot. Sampling rights will only be available with a silver level sponsorship or higher. Click here to see sponsor kit.

Information

All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own insurance

All food vendors must be approved by Interior Health Authority

Sampling is only available with silver sponsorship or higher

Space is not guaranteed until payment and contract are received

We reserve the right to refuse any vendor/exhibitor

Parking pass available for vendor/exhibitor

Event security on site at all times

Event staff can assist with restocking

Setup is Thursday August 2^nd, between 1pm – 8pm
