Vendor Activation The vendor activation and fee includes a 10’x10’ footprint onsite. Vendor tents, tables, chairs, and power requirements are the responsibility and expense of the vendor. The vendor package includes a maximum of four (4) non-transferrable worker passes. These passes are for sports only (concerts not included). Vendor Fee The rental fee is due upon confirmation of vendor application. All vendor fees are subject to GST. (GST # 86640 3173 RT0001). Accepted methods of payment: Cheque or Cash. A $50 handling fee will be levied to any applications where cheques are returned NSF. Your rental fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of booth placement, sales or competing vendors. Insurance Proof of insurance ($2,000,000.00 commercial general liability insurance coverage) is due upon confirmation of vendor application and execution of vendor agreement. Live Nation Worldwide, Inc, 9348 Civic Center Drive, Beverly Hills, CA, 90210, USA and Wet Ape Ltd., 101-1224 Hamilton St., Vancouver, BC V6B 2S8 Canada and their landlords or licensors, if any, and their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, and employees must be named as additional insured on a primary basis for acts arising out of your negligence. Booths Booths are the sole responsibility of the vendor, including merchandise and/or equipment and for all costs and expenses necessary to operate the activation. This includes but is not limited to: costs of all labour, materials, equipment, supplies, taxes, and any other items. The Festival is not responsible for loss or theft of merchandise. Lock and secure your belongings and merchandise at night.  The area is generally secure overnight.  If you require additional security, they can be provided at a cost to the client. Please inquire for current rates and deadlines. Weather The Festival will go on rain or shine. The Festival is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or property due to weather. Liability Live Nation Canada and Wet Ape Ltd. assume no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any lost, stolen or misplaced merchandise or equipment at the event.  You hereby expressly relieve and discharge Live Nation Canada and Wet Ape Ltd.  from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or death to persons or property that may be sustained by reason of entry upon the venue and/or the occupancy of the booth space designated to you and your Truck under this agreement.  Security of you and your Truck is your responsibility and no security will be furnished by Live Nation Canada or Wet Ape Ltd..  Live Nation Canada and Wet Ape Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages or expenses you may incur should any concert or event be delayed or cancelled. Search All vendors are subject to search upon entry. Setup / Teardown Hours Load-in and load-out is between 1pm and 8pm, July 7th. Here are some preliminary guidelines: All load-in and set-up on the day of show must be completed by one hour prior to doors. Vendors will not be able to load out until after the public has vacated the grounds. All vehicles, unless specifically approved as part of the vendor or sponsor activation, will be required to leave the site immediately after load-in. Operating Hours Booths must be open for all vending hours. All activations must be in place and cars removed from site no later than two hours before doors to the event. Door times are, as follows: 10am on July 8th, 9am on July 9th, and 9am on July 10th.  After all patrons have exited the site, vendors can close their booths for the evening or begin their teardown on the final day. Supplies Bring all necessary materials and equipment, including any tables, chairs, displays, tarps, lock boxes. Please be sure to have adequate merchandise and supplies for the expected crowds through the event. Roaming Vendors No distribution, canvassing, flyers, nor vending of any kind may be done by roaming through the venue / festival grounds. Prohibited Items Vendors are not allowed to sell the following products or services:

  • The use of the Festival name or trademarks as well as individual artists’ likeness in any way is strictly prohibited.
  • Food or beverages
  • Any clothing item related to any musical artist
  • Alcohol
  • Lighters
  • Generators
  • Guns, knives, weapons of any kind
  • Stickers
  • Umbrellas
  • “Unofficial” merchandise

Vendors must meet and follow all applicable laws, including but not limited to, City of Kelowna guidelines and bylaws. The Festival vendor rules are subject to change and revision.
